How to locate your LobbyGuard Product Serial Number

If you are using LobbyGuard Assist:

  1. Open LobbyGuard Assist and click the “?” button in the top right corner of the screen.  You will see the following:
  2. Enter the “Customer ID:” value as your product serial number.

If you are using the LobbyGuard Kiosk:

  1. Kiosks manufactured after 05/2007:  Open the door to the printer compartment (see below) and you will see a sticker on the inside of the door with the serial number.

  2. Kiosks manufactured prior to 05/2007:  Your serial number will be located in one of three locations:
    • Look on the back of the kiosk.  The serial number sticker may be located near the bottom of the rear access panel door.  The serial # will start with the letters “LG” followed by a 7-digit number.
    • Look on the bottom of the kiosk.  Facing the rear of the kiosk, tilt the kiosk forward.  The serial number sticker will be located on the bottom of the kiosk close to the rear access panel.  The serial # will start with the letters “LG” followed by a 7-digit number.
    • Look inside the rear access panel.  Using the kiosk key, unlock the rear access panel door and look on the inside of the door.  The serial # will start with the letters “LG” followed by a 7-digit number.
